Agreed, this is what I thought too when I saw the pic.

Misuzu, I took your clue and did a little search and the artist is indeed watsuki ayamo. Found a much larger version of this same pic on moe imouto.

Actually I was wrong, I just looked at the 18mb file size earlier. After re-checking I found that the one on moe imouto is also 3493x4856 like this one here.
