Pretty much. However Doto has supportive friends despite her bad talent while Rice has near to none (except Urara or Mihono) but her trainer.

Poor Rice is also the only one vilified as a villain and consigned to the "heel" role for "assassinating" both Bourbon's and McQueen's respective third streaks.

Even her costume looks like a "backstabbing" noir-genre dame!
