The thought bubble is just the title of the work, and the speech bubble below it is just "…ah." Not entirely sure about the text next to the speech bubble, though. I can recognize the "や", and the character below it looks like it could be "べ" (the curve threw me off at first), but I don’t know what "やべ" could be; it MIGHT be a truncation of "やべー", meaning "danger", but other than that I got nothing.
Anyway, if someone could handle the notes, that’d be nice.
