In game Urara's final part in her training campaign is participating in Arima Kinen... A long distance turf track (Urara is obviously gonna end up losing). Unless Urara has good uma-genes along side with good skills (and training) winning in the Arima Kinen is hit or miss. But to some people, this is the quite a milestone.
