Actually since fairies and pixies both come from many different backgrounds and were depicted in many different ways i suppose we can only know for sure by comparing a real fairy and pixie... oh wait a minute... THEY ARE FICTIONAL CREATURES! Seriously though, who cares?
Some have said that the clitoris can be hard to find on normally sized women (they're wrong). This would certainly add an extra dimension of challenge.
