Judging from the implied scar on his cheek and the broken chains, I'd guess he's Biscuit "Unchained" Oliva from Grappler Baki. I'm not sure though. It's not like there aren't tons of slightly scarred grotesquely muscled nearly naked chain-breaking black guys.
