I should be sleeping, not trying to translate stuff, hah. I gave it a shot, should make it a bit more understandable. If anyone else could give it a read over, that'd be great. If it's not done tomorrow, I'll try and remember to do the child image as well (to the best of my limited ability). I don't think I've ever translated a Hololive artwork before, so I might not've gotten the characterizations right in translation, but I did my best since I know them both quite well. Also not entirely sure how to deal with the ”それは” in the bottom left in this context. That is to say, I understand the meaning, but not how to word it.
