Does this mean Insane BRS and BRS aren't the same person?

I always though BRS had a special form: insane

i think the BRS tag summons up all the characters illustrated by huke, Insane BRS is the Character itself

I think Haruhi is correct, but this is fanart, I believe, so it doesn't matter, juts enjoy the show.
