Nah The chains only goes to the ring in the picture.

Huh. Guess I was thinking about a piece of artwork somewhere I guess.

I was pretty sure it was a picture of what looked like Vermillion Arcueid sitting on Arcueid's throne with chains going through her body.

Aside from the brackets on her feet, that chain-up doesnt look like it'll be very effective. A lot of the chains are kinda just dangling loosely in the air, and her arms look free, actually.

It's temporary. She was put on time out until a new toy could be brought in.
