It's too bad about how they're handling Global, the game had such promise
I've been messing with the game somewhat, but probably not enough to understand what all the issues are. At least it's in English, unlike "GuP Great Tankery Operation" or "PuyoPuyo Quest" where I had to use Google Translate in camera mode a lot to figure out how to play the game.

A lot of screwing with the banners, mostly. According to people I've talked to that have played JP, some banners didn't perform well on JP, and the EN banners are a complete mess in response. Banners that did bad were scrapped, banners that did well were split apart, forcing EN players to roll on two banners instead of one like JP players got. Scarlet Witch of Dreams was JP's six month anniversary banner, while EN got it two months in with no warning.
I was enjoying the game well enough, but dropped it cause I didn't like that EN was being run so aggressively.
Ah, yes, the old tried-and-failed animé studio strategy of "have no plan, and write the series as it's coming out depending on how the fanbase reacts."
Patchy's theme music in the game is a cool funk/jazz arrangement of her "Locked Girl ~ The Girl's Secret Room" tune, "Extratrack [Musicarus Jackin' Remix]", arranged by "flap+frog": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzbmmORoBPQ
