And that’s the last of it, I honestly haven’t read everything yet, but from what I gather:

Each school represents a country and it’s kinda similar to Girls und Panzer in the sense that they compete in mock battles, but instead of tanks they use 19th century line infantry, Grenadiers, and cavalry.

The short chibi in the middle is the Empress/queen/leader thingy of the English Academy.

The tiny Eugen/Makigumo Hybrid and the blonde witch are sisters, with the witch being the elder sibling.

Girl second from the left is supposed to be alice from Alice in wonderland. She mentions the Cheshire Cat by name.

Left most girl is supposed to be Sherlock Holmes I believe.

The knight is supposed to be “King Arthur” in a sense . she has a sword named Excalibur.

I'm putting the TLs up for the various "school leadership positions" so you guys can have some sort of names to call the characters. The translated titles generally follow British/Commonwealth naming convention to go with the school theme.

These translations are pretty much still tentative though. If the English readers would prefer other names for consistency reasons (Japanese mostly use a consistent [X]-bu-buchou in the original, but Commonwealth schools tend to go with different nomenculture for the equivalent club/society/team/group leaders), or to match how the titles are usually translated in other translated school settings (usually using American terms), then you can go ahead and change them. Same if you come up with a better-sounding title.

(Though preferably after some sort of consensus is reached in the comments. Wouldn't want constant changes.)
