looks like its loosely based on the Tommy gun just by looking at the two grips. But both of them have triggers and that hand rest (or pump?) looks way out of place too

KC saratoga's gun is based on the thompson heck her skirt also sports the drum magazines probably 1910s design (yes thompson guns are a WW1 design that did get a little update on WW2)

I'm more interested in way she has a crossbow as well in this art and, um, whatever that is strapped to her back?
