That's a trademark pose from the character, so it doesn't necessarily come from that post.

The extended arm selfie pose is not part of the trademark pose, though. In fact, these two posts are the only two Yotsugi selfie posts on Danbooru.

Kittey is talking about the arm reaching out of the frame as if to hold a camera for a selfie, specifying that it's not part of Yotsugi's trademark v_over_eye pose. However, the two images do not look similar enough to be traced, and the concept of a selfie is widespread enough that I see no reason to assume this image is derivative work based on the other.
