I am trying to figure out what can be rearranged... to get this picture to work.

I had to look at this one a couple times to see what was wrong with it (maybe I'm unobservant?). What a shame too, all he really needed to do was make the arms and head a bit larger and this would be perfect.

Anyway, would this apply for an error tag?

Pretty sure it's intentional, though. I've noticed that japanese artist who like chubby, curvy women tend to draw heads smaller than usual to exaggerate the size of the body.
