    "Kaichou ni natta kaichou", i.e. "President who has become a monstrous bird" ("Monster Bird" being one of El Condor Pasa's aliases/titles). Butchered into Passerine President: The Presidential Gaffe here.

    (A condor isn't a passerine bird, and "condoro" is Chilean slang that might sound a bit weird when combined with "presidiencial". Though the Condorito series does also feature many awful puns, especially when Condor Otto is involved.)
