For those that don't know, Tazuna is supposed to be human, but there's a theory that she's actually an UmaMusume. You can't see her human ears, so people speculate that her hat hides her horse ears, like in this comic (and early concept art of her gave her horse ears too). And, she apparently can run as fast as Special Week sprinting at full speed in one official 4koma, and in-game she can keep up with Taiki Shuttle (known as one of the fastest mile racers in-universe) in one event. Remember that in-universe humans can't run as fast as UmaMusume.
People speculate she's based on Tokino Minoru, a famous WW2 era horse, given her design.
The only thing that throws a wrench in the speculation is that she doesn't have a visible tail, and her clothing doesn't seem like it would allow anywhere to hide a tail.

wouldn't her love for Theaters also allude that she's Tokino due to her owner being a movie producer iirc.
