    まったくもって人の絵柄をパクったりなぞしておりません。かつて絵柄を定着させる為にとそういう恥ずべき行いをしてきましたが私はもう自分の手は汚さないと誓ったのです。子孫にもこの誓いを守って欲しい・・・。　　　　　　句点で区切るとキケンです

    I... seriously have no idea what the sound effect in the second panel is. The only thing I can think of is "Peter Pan."

    Also, I'm not sure what the second compound in the first balloon is--I basically took a shot in the dark for the meaning there...
