This isn't the RX-78-2 but rather Thunderbolt's version of the Perfect Gundam. It essentially the damaged Full Armor Gundam TB Zeon took from Io when he lost to Daryl at Side 4 and rebuilt with parts from the Psycho Zaku when Daryl's group captured the Psycho Zaku Mk II from the religious sect cult.
