You guys don't get it. This whole series plays off of Kinnikuman. Kaguya didn't help Mystia out of the kindness of her heart. She used a tactic employed by the bad guys once or twice in Kinnikuman where they did a good deed before the matches so that they would have the audience on their side during their fights! It even states as much in the captions in the final panel. Now, Mystia's story will spread and when they have their match, Team Eirin/Kaguya will have the crowd on their side while everyone may end up booing Team Reisen/Youmu!

In the sequel anime to Kinnikuman (known as Ultimate Muscle in the US), BarrierFreeman used the same trick to turn the crowd against Kinnikuman Jr. during their match (helped out old people in distress earlier and acted like he was crusading for better treatment for the elderly; respecting your elders is a big thing in Japan).

Its been mentioned time and again in the series that having the crowd on your side can be a huge advantage (Bone Cold even states that it was Mantarou/Kinnikuman Jr's charisma that won him their match, not his technique).

Well it still means Kaguya did good, no matter her motivation. If a scientist invents a cure for cancer because it'll make him the richest person alive... well, he's still cured cancer.
