Pretty sure this is extrapolating on one of the drama CDs in which Morishima, wanting to sleep during PE class, snuck inside the tobi-bako jumping box thing and was surprised to find "you" (since it's done from the POV of the main character without him talking). It's an "event scene" based on that.
