Saltwater Chicks (Boiled Chicken)

I wanted to draw saltwater chicken, but I got a bit carried away and turned it into a veggie salad...
Meh, they both have meat and veggies and dressing anyway. And you'll have to mix them somewhat before eating. Not much difference anyhow. (ﾟ∀。)

Taiwanese Saltwater Chicken/Iâm-tsuí kue.

Other Chinese communities have identically-named dishes (that also involve blanching chicken in salted water), but this style of serving (in particular from night hawker stalls) is uniquely Taiwanese.

Anyhow, this is another chicken/princess pun. (see post #4585875)
