For context, in the game's training mode story for Bakushin O, she wants to run long distance races (but her stats are geared towards short distance races) so the Trainer tricks her into doing 3 short distance races by saying they equal one long distance race.

In the game she accepts that reasoning, but looks like here she's too smart for that lol.

Wisdom is one of the 5 stats in this game, the other being Speed, Stamina, Power and Guts. Each stats maximum is 1200 value. So yes, Bakushin somehow maxed out her wisdom stat, which in a normal build she definitely won't need it.

The lady in the mask is Anshinzawa Sasami, a mysterious acupuncturist, she randomly has a chance to appear in the training mode offering "treatment" and buff your girl. The catch is, of course, it has a chance of failure and debuff her instead. Refusing her offer is an option as well.

It's referencing a particular meme build for Bakushin where you spam Wisdom in place of resting. Because training Wisdom boosts Speed a bit, it's theoretically possible to end up with a 1200 Wisdom Bakushin. Although this build might not provide enough Power to reliably clear the endgame races, it's downright hilarious and has thus received a lot of attention.

I've actually tried with 3-3 speed/wit build and it is outright hilarious how you can just ignore other stats when you reach around 800 stats on each speed/wit and outright winning races somehow. Also made her as a outrunner while at it.
