That's the knee guard part of a "full" suneate... without the rest of the shin 'greaves' part. Does it still count for suneate?

Easiest way to check for 30MMs is to search the Google translated romanization + 30MM, and it's usually close enough that you'll be able to find links to English webstores and boxart images with the proper romanized name
