I may not be completely fluent in french but I know enough to know that "la bc m'a jamais is cessèle combat viva!" makes like zero sense. I imagine the intent is something along the lines of "The BC I love has never stopped fighting! Viva!" but, and I might be a bit incorrect here, this just means "The BC has never [is] ceases this fight viva!"

It's just one mistake after another. None of it makes any sense. There's no translating this.
As a baguette eater, I think it''s more something along this line:
"La BC n'a jamais cessé le combat vivant!"
Or in English: "The BC has never ceased the battle alive!" and it make's more sense than what the artist has written.
It's surely an amalgamation of numerous motto used by french tank regiment (Cuirassé/Dragons/Char/Cavalerie), 'cuz a lot of them goes into that kind of saying in Latin/Old French/French.
