Minus the usual SCP trappings, the item is the "demon offers you X in exchange for your soul" trope played 100% straight. Physically its unremarkable furniture, and the being's appearance is unique to each subject while simultaneously being invisible to everyone else. So there's no practical way to depict it specifically. The commentary is the only thing that connects it.
