I don't know who is flagging all the zheng stuff with sagging balls, but even the accepted posts like this one are getting banned. The flagger don't like testicles, it's an obsession.

This particular image got successfully flagged, then successfully appealed, and is now flagged again. As someone who has flagged some of the egregious Zheng pics, like that Samsung one, I can assure you neither of the two flags were me.

Never blame flags, downvotes, etc. on a single malicious person, especially when it's a contentious artist whose active images are almost entirely approver:none. Very rarely is it actually malice and, when it is, they usually make it painfully clear. IE the people who flag loli for being loli.

As an additional protip, you should wait a month before appealing something after it goes through the queue. Approver records are purged after 30 days, so appealing too early will not show the image in the queue for those who already voted on it.
