Rutee? I think she's more like Masamune Shirow's OC on his youkai-themed stories.
She is. A couple people asked in the twitter commentary and Typo mentioned her being from Shirow's Hellhound series (which I guess here is listed as 'Galhound' since what I could find in tags).
