【Koharu Rikka × Otaru Collaboration Commence!】
In Hokkaido's Otaru city there is a Kazegou Street, in which there is a popularly called "Jigoku-zaka" (Hell Slope), atop of which is the「Otaru Shiokaze Highschool」.
Koharu Rikka, Hanakuma Chifuyu, Natsuki Karin are three high school students who attend this Otaru Shiokaze highschool.
