Yup, Penelope is Gundam Odysseus with Fixed Flight unit that gives its iconic rooster-like silhouette. Note that it drops "Gundam" from the name. Argos Unit was only mentioned by name, so expect a future Premium Bandai expansion kit.

Expecially the fact the Katejina was full blown insane here (and was previously implied she was brainwashed) and made a strategy on the assumption Uso was horny. He wasn't.
