Arknights really needs to do more with the 2* crew. They're all supposed to be pretty cool people with interesting skills and deserve some exploration into their backgrounds and experience. Especially since they are noted in their profiles to be, if not mighty, still relevant to Rhodes Island's work.

Yep. The 2* crew are still useful for fast-action stages, low-star team settings, or bait (Noir Cone, Yato, and the "Destroyer of the World" as one YT sez - Durin). Tho, i think Yato got a 5* ver. in the CN server?
