I'm by far not an expert, and I have a very unusual method of analyzing this, but by comparing the two, I'm leaning toward Ootsuki Momiji.

quite the opposite, you'd have to buy the Vol.1 BD of the Slow Ahead anime, and since it's in japan only, it will cost a pretty penny.
