Yeah, a definite parody, I didn't know it was an actual series, until the animation, but the actual written work is sort of strange.

I think the weirdness of the original series is due to it being made with some kind of 3d modeling/animation software, and apparently in violation of said software's TOS? It's an intriguing style at least one you read past a few pages, although all nurses do have the same huge boobs and proportions.
