In general, being healthy is good and (over)weight is easy source for giggles.

The only instance where overweight is good can be on livestock and this is heartwarming-wholesome series where the purpose of livestock is ignored, these ducks are not livestock and just fun part of it.

I think these ducks would be more properly described as "pets" rather than "livestock".

I just realized the scam main nun and half bang are running: main nun sells the ducks balloons (1 cookie per balloon) so they can cheat the weight exam, and half bang has a needle in her hand to pop said balloons!
