I am glad that you could find this picture. Unfortunatley it seems that ths work has already been deleted on twitter by the author when I checked just now. I saved this picture on 2020.10.7 and I tagged the "bad id" and the "signature". Altough I could not observe the image now on twitter, the signature with author's twitter id and name could be a supporting evidence to prove this work was produced by this author.
Just in the case, I hope you could notice this comment if you are not sure the source information is reliable enough or not.
