OK, so I went to Wikipedia to learn the black art of bra measurement.

Cup sizes are relative measurements, not absolute. What they’re relatively measuring depends on the standard you’re using. If we use the Japanese standard, we first add 7.5 cm to the underbust to get AA cup. Then every cup size above that adds 2.5 cm to bust circumference. No letter except AA is doubled.

Ai’s underbust is 65 cm (or to be more exact, in the range of 62.5–67.5 cm). K is the 11th letter of the alphabet. 65 cm + 7.5 cm + 11 * 2.5 cm = 100 cm bust. Math checks out.

Doing the same math for Maegami, we get 65 cm + 7.5 cm + 9 * 2.5 cm = 95 cm bust.

And Kouhai: 70 cm + 7.5 cm + 10 * 2.5 cm = 102.5 cm. She beats Ai on pure bust circumference thanks to her larger frame.

Sada: N is the 14th letter of the alphabet. Her underbust is unknown; let’s mark it with x. x + 7.5 cm + 14 * 2.5 cm = x + 42.5 cm. Assuming underbust of 70 cm, we get a bust measurement of 112.5 cm. Underbust of 75 cm -> 117.5 cm. 80 cm -> 122.5 cm.

Given that Umamusume's namesake characters only have their animal ears, and the Ushimusume game in this and the previous strip is a parody of Umamusume, I'd say the answer is yes.
