Zhongli just generally dislikes all kinds of seafood.
Especially those with slimy texture because it reminds him of all the gods he drowned and sealed off Liyue bay. It's more complicated than that, it was theorized that he doesn't want to get corrupted by ingesting whatever bits and pieces of the old gods body that has been eaten by the fishes (taken from the Havria questline).
