I think she's just fixing it, the circle is to keep Ran out. Will need a translator to reveal exactly why.

From my understanding, Ran is begging for ふにゃん (cuddling? tail rubbing?), while Yukari is repeatedly apologizing, saying that she's almost done. My Japanese isn't good enough for me to know what モラ means or to be certain about any of this of course
