Azusa is immortal and that is her only advantage. I don't really think she will stand a chance against Rimuru, he simply beats her in practically everything (except immortality). She might beat some of "Rimuru's Elite Guards", but her luck will definitely end with Diablo.

Oh please, she's the Witch of the Highlands. The fight would probably end with everyone having great party and Azusa adopting Great Sage into her family >_<

I saw someone else say that she might be able to win over him before he turned into a demon lord but not after which doesn't sound too crazy. But they would probably fight each other a bit and then bond over being so strong.
Seeing how it's afraid and covering in a corner, Azusa would totally win. No doubts about it. After all, she has pure strength and intelligence, the slime only has attendants to do the fighting for it.
