This is Killy we're talking about. He's not much for empathizing.

I want to see Killy try to ride Agro. I can't imagine it'd work out well.

He'd probably rather forgo the horse and just fire his GBE randomly, letting the recoil carry him across the landscape.

He'd just walk. Slowly.

If you take the manga for comparisons, Killy is two-thirds the height of original Cibo, but is at least a head taller than the people living outside Toha HI.

Killy turns down an offer to take a lift to the next level up. It seems he doesn't like to use transportation unless it is impossible to travel otherwise.

Killy should be around the size of a normal human seeing as he was made before the safeguards were created. The safeguard group was created before the events of NOiSE, which was before the netsphere started expanding, so everyone was around the same size then. Since Killy is from a pre-safeguard system him being any other size would be odd.
