Your right, it is a dress uniform... partially. That is so Shimakaze, just put on the dress uniform top and use her own skirt instead of the pencil skirt most dress uniforms come with because it would slow her down. Anyone else wish there was tags to search for Kancolle or Azur Lane ships by their country of origin?
