On some series with a "designated" translator of sorts I sometimes just do the CSS markup and leave the actual notes blank (dummied-out placeholder with CSS commenting), to avoid stepping on the feet of others.
Though I suppose in hindsight Hisahiko's Uma series doesn't have one yet.

There's probably a better way to adapt the "nigeru" wordplay (that caused Haru to mention "Japanese is hard"), so I'm sticking check translation on for now.
Edit: "...forward-facing runner", maybe? The overall wordplay (unintended by Suzuka) is that Suzuka's sentences sound like "Suzuka will not escape/run away" immediately followed up with "...Suzuka will escape/run away straight ahead", making them sound contradictory unless one is aware of the horse-racing term (and Suzuka's pacing strategy).
