I checked other works by K2h (this artist) before uploading this, I assume it's a date it was completed.

And by the way, I'm not sure if this is Disney's The Little Mermaid (it was added by another user). They look really different than the original.

idk it really strikes me as being completely original work, sure they have some similarities but I wouldn't say it's a direct refference

I would agree if it wasn't for the scylla's earrings and necklace, they're near perfect matches for the ones Ursula wears.

Maybe the character tags are a bit much, but I'm pretty sure this is a direct reference to The Little Mermaid. There's multiple little details that parallel: the coloration of the mermaid's fish bits, the two flaps where they meet the human bits, the shape of the shell bikini, the cleavage-baring strapless black dress which blends seamlessly into tentacles, the shell pendant, and the overall attitude which positively radiates "you poor unfortunate soul". In isolation, any one of those could be a coincidence but collectively I find it's convincing.
