"I want to unfold [(exhibit}] a struggle between Erika and a strawberry shortcake"
One of the tags does say something along the lines of "I'm not quite sure that's cream", but I think that is meant to reinforce the innuendo rather than say it's not just icing on her face.
I think this should fall into the exact same category as post #289783, whatever that may be.
Actually, the tag says "I don't know what it is, but it's certainly not cream". Not that it really matters... This should certainly not be rated as explicit, should it? Questionable seems fitting.
