No, they're photographs. Check other posts by this artist and you'll see that hands he/she's actually drawn are... well, drawn. (And not very well, at that.) It appears the artist gave up, and started plastering in photos of hands. :-P
Well, its not a bad shop... But it needs a better filter. Other than that the artist is pretty frickin awesome. And using actual hands seems like a logical short cut.
