@JustIgor what's the source for this and the other picture? I can only find a lower res version of this one on the artist's twitter.
It's likely that the uploader is the one who commissioned this work, as neither the full-resolution version of this, nor any post of the other image where the tattoos(?) are glowing, are on any of the artist's sites.
