There has been a long debate about this title. Many people say it is ridiculously difficult to put on an English release expect people to be able to read it. Someone on animeondvd.com said, "can you say underwater-ray-romano? If so you've just said something that takes longer to say and more syllables." and the name stuck because of it's ridiculousness and the ridiculousness of the entire argument.

I watched the anime and she never stripped this much.

For what it's worth, the Japanese voice actors can't say Utawarerumono either.

I can think of at least one instance for each, where Rikiya (hakuoro) or Yuzuki (eruru, I think that was her seiyuu?), stumbled over 'Utawarerurmono Rajio Desuyo!'

She did. That picture is from when Eruruw enters her cell asking if she was wounded. The above demonstration proved that she wasn't. At least that's what I can remember.
