15-year-old high school student Shinka Nibutani wears her business suit (for the first time in 2021). She is one of the main characters of the anime Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions.

Shinka, apart from being a high school student, is also an office lady (OL) and a young economist (若いの経済学者).

On the 3rd picture, Shinka wears her face mask to prevent the COVID-19 virus infection (as this is already influenced in our modern day culture).

On the 4th picture, Shinka supports the ABS-CBN franchise renewal. ABS-CBN is a former television network (now an entertainment provider and is currently broadcasting on the pay TV network Kapamilya Channel) in the Philippines that was shutdown on 5 May 2020 after their broadcasting license has expired.

BTW, the creator of this Shinka Nibutani artwork is a Filipino and is a "Kapamilya" (supporter of ABS-CBN).
