I dunno. Looks like five to me. The little toe would be slightly behind the... next-to-little toe, and a bit under it. I just took of my sock and checked my own feet and my little toes do that.

I fail to see how this is an error. Just because you don't see it does not imply an error. It's called perspective, you know? I fail to see a problem.

Of course, if it was on purpose, and not simply error, then no, I wouldn't label it as error either.
