Amusingly, while trying to ID this character, I searched for "いろはす", and almost all the pictures that came up were of some bottled water brand. It's an interesting variation on the bunny suit when they go with thighhighs as opposed to the full pantyhose or the bare-legged option. It seems to draw one's attention to the ... pelvic area.
