It's impossible to say, really. I went with what makes more sense in the context of licking.

"Feet" makes more sense in this context, since it actually got mentioned in the series Maria+Holic (Maria offers Kanako to lick her feet). So, I think you hit the nail here.

Is there an award for talking crap? Because I'd like to nominate you. The distinction between "leg" and "foot" is no clearer in the series than it is in this picture. The fansubbers have no more to go on than we do.

Nevertheless, 葉月's interpretation is as good as any.
